One of Latin America’s most well known dances is without a doubt the salsa. The Rueda de Casino is a nice variation where several couples dance choreographically around a circle, with the dance moves being called by one person, a caller. This style was developed in Cuba in the 1950s

Tonight we dance a rueda on the street in our Calle! You only need to know the basis salsa steps to participate. The rueda will be hosted by the experienced rueda dancers Leon, Karl, Peter and Karolina.

Een van de bekendste Latijns-Amerikaanse dansen, de salsa, vindt zijn oorsprong op Cuba. Een bijzondere variant is de Rueda de Casino, een groepsdans waarin minimaal drie paren in een cirkel dansen en op commando partners doorgeven.

Vanavond dansen we een Rueda in onze calle. Je hoeft alleen de basispassen van de salsa te kunnen om mee te doen! De rueda zal worden geleid door Leon, Karl, Peter en Karolina
